This actually works, and it doesn't leave any residue at all! It also doesn't strip your skin, either. I used one of my makeup remover wipes and noticed some eye shadow was left. I opened up my bottle of micellar water and put it on a cotton round. I was amazed. It took off all the makeup left by the wipe!
