Refund policy

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. For product returns, please email customerservice@doctorschwabca.com. Customer service will reach out to you within 3 business days. 

Please include your order number for reference.

Our Refund policy is as follows:

• Products eligible for return must be returned within 45 days from original purchase date.
• To determine eligibility, please tell us the reason you would like to return the product. A change of mind is not considered a valid reason for return.
• If your return is approved, we will e-mail instructions to return the product. 
• Shipping charges (both ways) cannot be refunded unless the product is defective or shipped in error by us or damaged in shipment to you.

If your return complies with the above policy, a credit or refund will be issued to you within 2-4 weeks.

IF YOUR RETURN IS NOT ELIGIBLE UNDER THIS POLICY OR OTHERWISE DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND NO CREDIT OR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND YOUR PRODUCT WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU.
