Where We Ship:
We currently ship within the United States and internationally to most countries. We do not ship to Mexico, Hong Kong/China, and Ireland. To order products in these countries, please contact the following local distributors directly.

Shipping Carriers/ Services:

  • We use ground shipping via USPS and occasionally UPS at our discretion.
  • Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • During peak times, our processing times may be a bit slower than usual.
  • We currently cannot offer expedited shipping. 

Shipping Fees: 

  • For orders under $75 shipping within the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii), we charge a flat shipping fee of $6.95.
  • Orders $75 and up ship free within the U.S.
  • For orders shipping to Canada, we charge a flat fee of $18.95 regardless of order total.
  • For all international orders except Canada, we charge a flat shipping fee of $28.95 regardless of order total

International Shipping Regulations/ Customs:
For orders shipping outside the U.S., the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delivery delays beyond our control. Any and all orders abandoned or refused delivery forfeit refund. 

Currently, our rates do not include customs and duties which the customer will be responsible paying.

Military Addresses:All APO/FPO/DPO addresses must conform to the following domestic addressing standards:Line 1: Full name.Line 2: The delivery line (the second line from the bottom in the address) must show the word "UNIT", "CMR", or "PSC" and number; and box number assigned.Line 3: The bottom line must contain the APO or FPO ("city") designation and the appropriate two-letter AA, AE, or AP ("state") abbreviation followed by the ZIP Code or ZIP+4 Code.See full details from USPS here

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Shipments:
If a package gets returned to our warehouse because of an incorrect address or no forwarding address the customer will be responsible for paying for the second shipment. An invoice will be issued to the customer via email for the shipping costs.  

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order and will advise accordingly.
